How we work

From your brief to badges in your warehouse

No two badge programmes share a price sheet — screen, radio, housing, artwork and packaging all move the number. Below is the route an order takes and what we commit to at each stage.

Three ways to a badge of your own

White label — our badge, your brand

Our BO-N1 or BO-A1 with your logo, colour, packaging and a branded app.

  • From 300 units
  • Lead time confirmed with the quote
  • Reorders run from files on record

ODM — our platform, your product

We adapt a platform to your edition: new housing, preloaded IP, firmware features, a custom app experience.

  • Typically from 1,000 units
  • Licensor sign-off built into every stage
  • Tooling quoted separately, in writing

JDM — a new badge, built together

Your team and ours co-design something that does not exist yet — like the magnetic selfie screen.

  • Feature set and launch plan written together
  • Regional or channel exclusivity open to discussion
  • NRE and IP ownership settled before work starts

How an order runs, step by step

Timing depends on what changes — re-branding a standard badge and tooling a character housing are very different jobs. Dates are committed after feasibility, and we would rather give a date we will meet than one that sounds good.

  1. 01

    Brief & quote

Model, quantity, artwork or IP, market, target price and any show or launch date. A tiered quote within one business day.

  2. 02

    Order & deposit

Quantity, branding scope and delivery date confirmed in the order; production slots booked on deposit.

  3. 03

    Artwork & app branding

Logo placement, colour matching, boot screen, app name and icon. Screen captures for licensor approval where needed.

  4. 04

    Pre-production sample

A unit from production parts with your branding and content, signed off before the run.

  5. 05

    Production & flashing

Assembly, content flashed and checked per unit, battery and display tests, magnet pull test.

  6. 06

    Delivery & support

Packed to your retail or export spec, shipped to your date, app kept current after launch.

Send us the brief.

Which badge, how many, what goes on the screen and when it has to land. An engineer replies — not a catalogue.
